We stayed at Country Inn. The room had an iron, but unfortunately, it didn't work properly, even after trying to swap it multiple times. The heating and air conditioning in the room were not consistent, making it uncomfortable at times. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a letdown as we like to have a hot beverage in the morning. The sitting area in the room was minimal, and the lack of a working clock made it difficult to keep track of time. the flat-screen TV in the room provided entertainment during our downtime. housekeeping services were lacking, as our room was not cleaned properly during our stay. the key card had to be reset daily, which was inconvenient. The staff, especially the night attendant, seemed clueless and unhelpful. In terms of amenities, we were disappointed to find out that the computer and printer in the business center were out of order. the lack of a proper working iron and housekeeping service for five days was frustrating. The room itself had dark spots that appeared to be bloodstains, and the cleanliness of the carpet was questionable, making us uneasy about walking barefoot. our experience at Country Inn left much to be desired. We encountered several issues with the room and amenities that impacted our stay negatively. We were disappointed with the lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness standards.

Convenient location with friendly staff

Country Inn & Suites offers a great location just minutes from downtown Columbus and the Convention Center. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. the amenities and room cleanliness could be improved, as I encountered issues with comfort and room conditions.

The breakfast offered was hot and excellent with tasty coffee. Excellent location, it was adjacent to Columbus airpot, airport and nearby restaurants/gas stations and dining places.

The King suite room was beautifully designed with a great layout. I loved the French doors that added a nice touch. the cleanliness was an issue; hair was in the shower, and I found a moldy ring in the toilet. The bed was comfortable, but one pillow had a red stain, which was unsettling. Temperature control kept the room cozy. Noise from the nearby airport was not a problem at all. I appreciated that housekeeping only came when needed, allowing me more privacy. the room had potential but needed better attention to cleanliness.

The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was tasty. the room was a nice size. The lady attending breakfast (Valentines Day morning) was very hard working she kept everything restocked the whole time. The hotel was quite at night. scenery when first entering the hotel was very pretty. overall staff were very friendly and i enjoyed my stay.

It seemed like everytime we would go to the front desk for check in and check out nobody was there and we would have to wait awhile for someone to take care of us. I understand sitting in that one place probably isnt very productive but maybe put a bell on the desk for people to ring. Also the bathroom in our room (316) wouldn't lock. the morning we were leaving before even 11:30 the room service came in to clean and i wasn't even dressed. haha i suppose that was my fault for not putting up the do not disturb sign.

Nice choice for a mini-vacation in Columbus with reasonable price. Free Lyft to the airport is great.

Walking into our room was a nightmare—trash everywhere and it was clearly unclean. The second room had a horrid smell, stains, crumbs on the beds, and hair in the shower.

Fairly clean hotel, helpful and hospitable team members like the both of them providing great customer service. Neat room and bathroom with a tub. The beds very comfy.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of shopping centers and fairgrounds right across the street. This hotel is a great choice for a business trip in Columbus.
